I will start a log since I already tried one thing and I will be experimenting with stuff.

Introduction and symptomatology: Shadow's living nightmare
Blood tests: My blood tests (PSSD)

Trial 1
Substance: Inositol
Posology: 18g / day
Duration: ~6 weeks
Results: Erection quality and libido improved a bit, this occurred about 2 weeks after stoping the substance and the gains sticked, no effect on other symptoms.
Notes: The first week I woke up several times with something like a panic attack/high anxiety. I had some weird nerve sensations. Erection and libido fluctuated a lot.

My next trial will probably be Ella(Ulipristal Acetate), 5mg for 6 days.

Shadow, same exact boat here. Except I only used inositol at very low doses (2-3g) for about a week.
I can get it up well with my girlfriend now, but not very well with porn.
Libido still low, but sex is better.
Ejaculations are also less premature now.

Have you considered doing another cycle? I'm thinking I will do another

Ok, now my condition got worse again...

I was having this vision disconfort, dizziness, loss of apetite, liver pain, dhiarream all in waves for some time. Then I got stuck with:
- Pain/pressure in liver
- Dizzines(not that bad)
- Vision disturbances
- Diarrhea
- Burping a lot
- Loss of apetite
- Everything upsets my stomach(not pain or burning, just disconfort)
- Bad taste in mouth sometimes

@Shadow Hey man. I know you cant get supplements in your country and you are not keen on experimenting.

I honestly rec to you to try urine therapy. It is free and easy. It is too early to report anything here, but I have several people trying it out with amazing results.

At least it could get you stable.

@Helen I can get some here, but I dont know about the quality... if I want better things I need to import it and this is expensive and slow, for example, you cant find, active Bs, natural Vit E, some aminos, potassium supp is capped at 99mg/tab. Its hard to experiment when buying supps and things is difficult.

I dont want to die, I dont want to make my family sad, but the way that things are happening are suggesting that I will be receiving the kiss of death.

Shadow, I am very sorry for saying that, but I would immediately accept your situation.
You can cure those symptoms. I had some of them. Anhedonia and visual disturb. were just crazy things. Imagine insomnia, face bone change (I look totally different), impotence, no sports.
Diar.can be a sign of morbus crohn. Test calprotectin. You must address gut inflammation.
In case of mental /neuro issues, try urine protocol - the only thing you can lose is urine.

do you have chiropractician in Brazil ? I think chiropratician can cure PFS, since PFS is a stress situation, and all stress situations first affect biochemistry of body, and then bones i.e diffi face. if stress is affecting bones then biocemical solutions may not help (of course first stage of disease is bad ,,spirit'' situation and this cause stress, we can approve that finasteride or finasteride dosage is created by bad spirit)

chiropractician demand more focus, i will try to describe how it works around new year 2019 in post based on my experience, and i will show you on picture why biochem solutions wont help you while you have affected bones

at the moment you can watch this, look how spine disease can affect all you body:

dont worry mate chiro will heal you. as a bonus I can tell you that if you have high cortisol, thats mean that you have 99 % problem with neck part of spine. If you want you can try ,,mewing'', this is solution to straight neck part of spine.

no matter what you take, if the result is ,,stress'' i.e. high cortisol, acth, dheaso4, high histamine, high insulin, low glucose, high progesterone that in 99,9 % affect cervical part of spine and maybe other parts
and as I wrote i will try show you this on my own example, but i think in one month
but you can look in google that: acid diet affect in bad way neck/cervical part of spine; base diet affect in good way this part.
