Good morning everyone, i need some advice.
As you may know, i'm on a raw/paleo diet, which helped sleep again and gave me overall well being.
My regimen was this, initially:
- wake up early
- take cold shower
- fruit for breakfast
- take 20 minutes sunlight
- fruit, salad and cooked greens for lunch
- apples, fennels and celery as pre-work out meal
- work out
- fruit, salad, cooked greens and meat/poultry/eggs/fish for dinner
- 25.000 ui vit D once a week
- sweet almond oil on my skin (which is very dry).
I was doing good but i've been sick for a week now.
I feel again angry, anxious, i have nightmares, agitation, suicidal ideation and so on...
Thinking about what could have gone wrong, looking at any change in this regimen, here's what's happened:
- as the doctor suggested, i switched from fruit to steamed veggies for breakfast
- lately i ate more raw food than cooked food
- i put more fruit in the salad
- i put on teaspoon of raw acacia honey in my salads
- i ate lot's of bananas (my favourite fruit)
- ate lots of nuts
- i noticed i felt bad after eating oranges
- i noticed i felt very bad after eating a spoon of raw eucaliptus honey instead of the usual acacia honey (acacia honey is known to have more fructose than glucose so it's good for diabetics)
- did not exercise
- di not use almond oil but i used argan oil for my skin
- started waking up later instead of 6:00 am
- tuesday i used the dermaroller on my scalp along with some disinfectant
- since a guy with pfs told me he crashed after vit d, i stopped taking it
- i write this for last because is very unlikely (i know myself and i know that when my mind doesn't work fine is because of something not working properly in my my body): worked hard, didn't see friends.
