Yup. I see that as low end. With PFS that is low weak cortisol. Your body is going to have hard time running on that.

No hairtest yet right?

There are some. I have attached like 200 studies, there are tons of bad ones, some ok ones. Google scholar's your friend. I'm busy. Several studies showing issues with it, and sites. But lots of bs. Some good ones. I posted on Barbaar's log, possibly mine, etc. I think people learned how to research in high school/ university/ so there, use those skills.

Cortisol not as low as I thought. I saw blood results. Well you have pfs, and bad anxiety. So I’m sure that’s weak cortisol due to the pfs.

Something inside you is causing that anxiety. While you have pfs and fixing pfs could definitely help, I think with your issues you really need to attack whatever is inside of you with holistic measures.

Do you experience bad fatigue? Are you pretty much house bound these days beyond work? Are you exercising?

These anxiety cases like yours interest me due to severity of my anxiety when I was bad. Only thing that makes sense to me is pathogen being at play, immune system disabled from fin—> Pathogen plays a lottttt more. Legit still can’t believe what happened to me and how I actually came back from it.

Thank you.
No, i don't have bad fatigue.
I use to exercise but not when my anxiety is so high.
No, i don't work, i don't do anything. i have this horrible stress intolerance: even scheduling a phone call is a pain that you can't imagine. I spend my time, in these last days, making researches. I'm gonna finish my research about trace elements, i want to be informed before taking decisions.
I'm trying to find out what's wrong in jumping on tei while on meds. tei is about supplements and diet advices and i suppose that, at its worse, tei's effects is gonns be weaker but not dangerous. Maybe this is a question for @Helen ?

Anxiolitic drugs are useless, and i don't even want to take them. Someone on propeciahelp suggested me to take silexan, a compound made of lavender oil. what do you think?
Next week i'm gonna talk to my psychiatrist about mirtazapine but before that i'd like you to tell me exactly why is better than trazodone, i cannot just tell her that someone on a forum told me to take it, and i cannot self-prescribe meds, you know. Should i take mirtazapine instead of trazodone in order to sleep?

Stop researching. I saw you posting on propeciahelp. Relax. Calm down and just trust the process.

How is stomach? Constipation or diareah? How many stools a day? What is color?

Tell your doctor that mirtazapine has shown to have a lot of succes with PFS guys. Just say something along lines that it increases allopregnanolone which Finasteride is proven to have blocked. And you really want to try due to success that many many pfs guys have had.

And that is the truth. A ton of guys in bad bad places have seen a lot of help with mirtazapine. I can’t believe what it did in calming my brain. It was a wonder drug.

Any number of things can and might work a little bit. Several months ago Helen said use whatever 2 or more have had which are successful (safe enough to try those). Just be forward and direct with the doc or find a more open doctor. I did it all myself BC I'd rather go in good health. And ... Now I realize ya of the last decade 7-8 years super healthy... With no doctor... So I'll use who I need but in general... In your position I'd think about mirtaz for sure. It could have saved me some serious problems last yr for all I know.

STOOLS
Since i started my raw food diet alog with intermittent fasting, my stomach is ok, my stools are ok. When i tried to abandon this regimen to get fat in order to fast and i started again eatin pasta and cheese and bread and shit, my stools were yellow. Now the stool problem is fixed, the color is normal and i evacuate between 1 and 2 times per day. The doctor says that is between normality.

DRUGS
As for mirtazapine, considering that i'm slowly but successfully tapering down the escitalopram (antidepressant), i suppose that you suggest its use instead of the trazodone, which i use to sleep, right? Anyway, i'm trying to stop trazodone as well, drop by drop, to see how it goes. This night i first tried to sleep without and, as usual, i did not sleep.

TEI
I made an extensive search about hair mineral test and tei, then i reached the dallas headquarter and thei gave me the contact of an italian doctor who uses tei.
I'll let you know if i decide to jump on tei.

BLOOD TEST
Someone here suggests to perform blood test as well. Why? And to look for what? I have to justify the blood analysis to my doctor who doesn't trust me on the pfs thing.

I wouldn’t worry about bloods at this point for you. You are trying to make you normal, calm person right now. Fuck pfs at this point. Anxiety, sleep- you need to worry about these first and foremost.

Anybody else here noticed graying hairs (on the head, eyebrows, body)?
Btw, i noticed that someone here reports improves in the hairloss as well using tei, not only with pfs. I'm curious to know why...
The "tei doctor" in italy did not answer to my email yet :-(
