Solid practice on the cold showers. Can't beat the benefits and it's free....win win. How long would you say your cold showers are? Seconds or minutes?
My Cold showers are 2-3 minutes long
I take it:
1. first when I wake up (before breathing and meditation
2. After meditation
3. If I' ve got oportunity then I take it during the day
4. After every activity (gym, bicycle, sprints)
5. Sometimes before bed
Few days ago I downloaded WIM Hoff method video course to improve it.
It s true that cold showers are really
powerful tool . When you are tired it helps, when you angry it helps, when you unfocused it helps....etc.
Overall I m doing very well but sometimes impatient about total recovery and sometimes don't think abou it at all.
Most often I thing about it when I meet some nice girl and she is interested in me.
Not to mention that it happens more and more often cause I am in shape and month after month look better.
I won' t try sex with any girl before I know that I m completely fine I would rather die then show any of them that I have got problem in bed.
Well I need to keep going

BTW there is interesting topic on swole source about worries that You think You don't do enough to recover.
How You dealt with it? You haven' had support from people who recovered etc so it was probably bit more difficult and really blind trial.
