@Walker did you list having your gallbladder removed when tei asked you to list medical conditions?

Hairtest test definitely looks different than everyone else's. Between tei and Helen I know you can beat ptsd.

Yes, I did list it in the medical conditions.

Yeah - I noticed when going back and looking at it that mine doesn’t look like PFS hair tests, which makes sense. I’m just dealing with a different demon at this point. I’m hopeful. Unless @Helen tells me otherwise I’m going to move to start the supplements.

Interesting that you recovered fully from SP/pfs but still have messed up hair test... implication being CDN protocol can fully recover you without balancing you fully

Indeed. Because my hair test looks nothing like a typical PFS hair test that we’ve seen on here. “Fucked up” is my term lol.

I will caution, had I not had PTSD attacking my balance like Helen was mentioning before, CDN’s protocol might restore more normal balance (this is my own guess, not Helen’s). I also haven’t really been following the protocol at all as of late.

no man , your hairtest looks very similar to many guys here. with post accutane and PFS.

Like Tubzy , like Orion, I had the same hairtest. I see tons of 4 highs in PFS POIS and post accutane.

It is basically impaired fats metabolism.

The higher your push yourself , the more you feel balanced. like you should and supposed to be in slow metabolism, but you pushed the stress response far enough for the body to upregulate some enzyme crazily and this is basically keeping you balanced but in bad chemistry. stress chemistry.

When you come down from this stress response you might free PFS again very easy

Since for instance you could be just zinc deficient, now. and basically feeling more histone acetylation. And boom you feel testosterone better, even with extremely high DHT expression still which is causing this stress response.

Ah. I guess I’m looking too into the metabolism picture of it. It makes sense now how people can fall back into something when everything is out of whack and one thing is propping up the other.

I’m going to go ahead and implement some diet changes from there and order the supplements since they have digestive aid, if you think that will be sufficient. We’ll see what kinda wild ride I get on.

Just to update this...... Decided to start taking TEI supplements in this quest. So far no noticeable “downsides” on the treatment besides maybe a little sluggishness and general malaise, and now every shit I take is loose after eating. Wonder if that has to do with the supps. Was pretty good in the digestion department before.

--one thing that definitely went down pretty quickly for me was digestion. more so bloating but sometimes loose motions. more often constipation. hence i spaced them out, got on a better schedule (relative to initially). Weeks later it was better but still upset me at times. Not a huge deal tho. may be worse next cycle, i hope not. prolly fine.
--hopefully fine in your case as well.

Not sure if related to TEI or not, but I've come down with a sinus infection. Yay.

Rarely got sick pre-PFS, never got sick during PFS until near recovery. Was back to being near invincible from sickness and now this. Interesting.

--I think the winter of getting pssd and the next winter where it was getting better, i got flu or bronchitis. bronchitis for sure once (like 6-8 weeks and brutal with asthma).
---PSSD -- 2008 -2010 or so. OR maybe it was just POIS. I could be wrong. Certainly the depression and chronic fatigue didn't require a month + of fasting unlike PFS. But
I was like a kid back then.

--I got an eye infection while on tei. And one like a month after *but need to do 2-3more cycle of tei. I took a slight detour towards anavar. Possibly not the best idea, I don't know. But I'll be done that soon. -- Recently, I also got the flu. So flu and eye infection.....
--Or maybe not "the flu" but an upper respiratory tract infection.

--I guess I am prone to such things, due to asthma. Felt very invincible mostly a while ago but also injured my back. Should be cool tho. 2/3 gone (2 infections gone).
Back, I'll get a scan. And ride out tei as it helped asthma and a lot of stuff quicker and long term (like no daily inhalers needed for month + at a time, nearly 4.5 months barely used them). Surrounding time before tei and on it and after.
--Before I forced myself not to use them though and it wasn't pleasant.

-GOOD SIGN? I guess, to some yes. I feel it could be. Realistically, I also think it's bad getting sick tho. BUT a flu or sinus infection is a blessing vs., pfs as you know man.

--ALSO: (Sounds obvious), some of the infection stuff is just dirty people in the outside world contaminating the shared environment / interpersonal work space.

No reappearance of any pfs symptoms yet?

Looks like even with a “fucked up” hairtest you are out of the pfs state then.

I believe my fucked up hair test speaks more to the severity of my PTSD versus my Saw Palmetto induced “PFS”.

Ironically enough, I used Adderall in my past years in high school, and after I got out of the Marines recreationally (and some during....sorry Uncle Sam) which probably contributed to my health state. And, also, I was going through my file cabinet this weekend, and found out that the VA (or the VA sponsored psychiatrist I was sent to) first prescribed me medication for my PTSD in my first appointment as well. It was Lexapro......so that’s an SSRI to my knowledge. So I’ve got quite the unfortunate list going on from the past contributing to what I went through, I’m sure.

But yes, no PFS issues so far. That seems to be in the past permanently like I thought (thank God).

Maybe PFS is not related with hair at all and we are still thinking it is!
@Walker used R Andro etc and that maybe impacted mostly on the ARs issue we have with PFS.

Since we can see that walker has fucked up hair test similar to PFS, maybe PFS is not related with hair at all and we are wrongly thinking it is!

I wouldn't go that far there. I used Saw Palmetto, as did @Goose12. Our hairtests are different, they may both be looked at as "fucked up" in some sense, but our mineral readings are totally different. For example, my Calcium is sky high, his is not. His iron is sky high, mine is not......among other differences. See the his hair tests in his signature. He's also still in PFS state, I am not. Therefore, my "fucked up" can be skewed toward PTSD, and his towards PFS. This would show that the hair tests would be "related" as you said, to which condition you are facing.

I'll let @Helen give thoughts, but I don't think this disproves hair testing being a good route of curing PFS or other disorders at all.

Yes, but what I am saying is that since you both have screwed up hair test but expecially you, you are cured from PFS/Saw Palmetto sides, that maybe means that people who wants to get cured from PFS do not have to look at hair test and unbalanced hair, since you are still unbalanced but you are not in PFS...That means that "balance" that helen says will be the cure, it is not at all, and you are the living proof!!
I am just talking about PFS.

Obviously it depends on what you're referring to there.

For example, my best friend has no "PFS". Meaning, no mental or sexual sides we experienced in PFS. However, his hair test is probably "fucked up" from eating shit food and being a borderline alcoholic (lol). So, no, you wouldn't need a balanced hair test to have proper mental or sexual functioning. I don't believe my hair test proves anything, honestly. Other than backing up common knowledge.

That doesn't mean however, that trying to achieve that, if you have messed up AR or other systemic issues, won't be corrected by allowing your body to be pushed into a natural balance. Have you done a TEI or ARL hair test? They literally explain how minerals can affect hormones and receptors in the booklet they give you. Also, @Helen and others have posted the same type of information on this forum.

Yes, got what you say.
I was just believing that a recovered PFS person would have a much more balanced hair, I was wrong.
