@gbolduev have you somenthing to suggest to people with extreme deidrathathion in order to mantain fluids ? My life is hell because of this, today i ended up again in the er, tomorrow i will test adh to see if i have diabetes insipidous, i'm always thirsty water doesn't do anything, salt and potassium aren't helping anymore while in the past they were, it is some days that i don't sleep at all because of the thirst and if i try to sleep i feel either bradichardia or tachicardia and i feel like i'm collapsing and needing to stand up

Jesus christ dude, if you've gone to the ER have they not tried treating you with desmopressin yet? What are they saying to you when you go to the ER, they can't possibly just be giving you fluids and sending you off without trying to figure out what's actually going on?

Today even no fluids, they just checked bloods electolytes and blood sugar, all fine, but i took almost 2000mg of potassium and half teaspoon of salt (though sodium was in the lower range), they told me to see an endocrinologist to check for diabetes insipidus, now i'm at home still in hell if i lay down trying to sleep heart races like crazy, throat is very dry

@Slayo

Another thing I was thinking was that if you are PFS you may be functionally deficient in arginine and other positively charged proteins. I am wondering if arginine + glutamine (in HCl forms) would be helpful for you since both are necessary for the function of vasopressin.

Arginine and glutamine deficiency would create symptoms similar to what you're having, since vasopressin would be defective and you'd have excessive urination and extreme dehydration.

I will try them, thanks.
I'm the pfs case with high cortisol and low receptors sensitivity

Okay, but if the symptoms continue and are very severe, don't hesitate to go back to the ER. Demand that they hold you for observation. And if you go try not to take supplements before going. Just be stern about needing observation. Be very forthright about complaints of chest pain - that will cause them to worry about liability so they'll actually do a proper workup. There's no reason they can't call an endocrinologist to bring in for consult while you're in the ER, that's what they should have done in the first place.

Yeah, my zinc supplement also has copper in it. copper sebacate 300 mcg. and zinc monomethionine 30mg. in "normal" people, theres supposed to be a certain zinc to copper balance i hear. I just grabbed this one, and i got lucky and it gave me a positive reaction. I have some brain fog today, but i literally was extremely energetic yesterday. My digestion has been better on this too.

Im happy for Scenes. Im always happy to hear about a recovery. Thats a convenient recovery. With my body type it would probably take more. I had a good reaction to a certain kinda of magnesium awhile back. But i cant get my hands on that brand and type again.

Have you tried adding cysteine and/or histidine when you take your zinc?

Try 500mg of cysteine with the opti zinc.

Then try 500mg histidine with opti zinc

Then try 500mg histidine and 500mg of cysteine with opti zinc all taken together at the same time.

See which combo you feel the best on

On second thought, I would avoid the arginine, could make dehydration worse in some cases. Try glutamine HCl at 5-10g/day first and see how it goes. Make sure it is L-glutamine HCl. I would try to keep supplementing electrolytes and magnesium along with this.

Do you have any blood test results that you can share online?

Again, don't hesitate to go to the ER again though if symptoms continue through the next few days.

What blood test do you need ? Today sodium was 138 range: 136-145 potassium was 4,2 upper part of the range was 4,5.
Magnesium i can just tollerate powder or capsules (i don't feel anything from them) but if i try just one spray of magnesium oil it crashes my adrenals increasing deidrathathion and triggering arytmia

I appreciate the suggestion Tubzy. Nah, i havent tried cysteine or histidine with the optizinc yet, or in general. I dont know if that would be a bad idea. gboldeuv said not to try such things yet. its a 50/50. im antsy to try things as usual still though.

i actually got some labs requested. dont know if ill get my way with my doctors. trying to get EVERYTHING measured. I was forceful, told it like i was, and just maybe ill get my way. its my body and i should have a right to those labs. I havent heard back from them yet though.

Edit- The doctors office just called back. I told it like it was, to the lab orderer guy, like a "BOSS" (lol ;) ), but even in doing such, they called back hours later, and just said that the average/typical thyroid labs have been ordered, and that i can talk to my doctor during the appointment, and see what he thinks as far as ordering all those other labs that i originally requested.

Such bullshit lmao. Thats the western medicine for you. Cant even give you your own labs. Im not asking for drugs, im just asking for labs. its MY body, and im entitled to know. Even if i WAS asking for drugs,..... fuck it, its my own body anyway, i can do whatever the hell i want with it. Hell, id even be willing to pay $50 for the bloodwork. I dont see what the big deal is, and why i cant get my labs

See how inconvenient these doctors are? Its all about money. The system is corrupt and backwards. Anything thats poison is promoted, and anything that is helpful is frowned upon. Hahaha cowards. Cant even give a guy a detailed bloodwork. Well at least i told it like i was, and didnt get all "timid" in front of them like i wouldve many years ago. Ill talk to my main doctor on the 31st. They fear me because i tell it like it is. Fuck those cowards, im gonna shine regardless. Im the master of my own body.

Sorry for the long rant of all the excessive personal info. Just wanted to share. I know everyone can relate. hahahaha.
And by the way, my thyroid levels came back perfect the last time i checked back in spring 2017.

Fair enough, can't really argue with that :)

question: I've been taking 500mg cys + hist for the last few weeks and have gotten some pretty great improvements on top of the "normalization" my body has gone through over the last few months. I'm noticing my results are starting to wax and wane and I'm just curious how long someone would rec being on cys+hist for?

How are people going with the protocols? Anyone recovered from pfs like scenes? Not too interested this stage in whether they are "balanced" in terms of no hair loss. I'd be happy with just getting rid of pfs and worrying about hair protocols later.

This was after you supplemented with Na and K salts though? Not really reliable if so.

I’m doing great still post pfs. Hair is absolutely trashed though. Never been short in my life but I think it might almost be time to clip that bad boy down!!

So copper, magnesium, potassium and cysteine was your protocol. Any chance you could give us dosages for each? And how long did it take on this until you were cured?

Are you still on anything now or have you tried stopping everything and seeing how you are?

Would be great if you could help answering a few questions like all the other legends who have recovered on other forums have.
