One of the more interesting things about PFS is whenever I force to myself to be awaken all nigh (or sleep very little) I feel myself again the next day, no depression, no brain fog, emotions back.... anyone has an explanation?

I have this too, and I've read about others having it as well. You should look into some studies that have been done on depression and sleep deprivation - it's shown that folks with depression get relief when sleep deprived, and it may have to do with saturation of adenosine in the brain.

I have this. I have to stay awake longer to feel sleepy enough. Adenosine is involved in sleep pressure. I don’t have enough sleep pressure to fall asleep after being awake for 1 day, so I get insomnia, have bad night of sleep.

The second night I am actually tired because of the bad night, and I feel sleepy and normal.

I used to have normal to high sleep pressure. Spend one day awake, get good rest at night, repeat. Those were the days.

This is at the core of all of my problems. I’ve read I think that dopamine increases after sleep deprivation so could be why we feel better once we’ve been sleep deprived enough

My crash woke me up from sleep, so I always thought maybe that had something to do with it.

I red before about more dopamine, also the days I sleep very little a take cofee so makes the effect more powerfull, sometimes I have just felt perfectly happy and normal from this, if I take a nap I go back to depression mode... this is hell. The men who invented this drug are hellmakers.

It makes for a roller coaster of emotion. One day I’m good and the next I didn’t sleep well.

We will make progress. Are you on ARL @BeLikeWater

Anyone noticed homosexual behaviour while in PFS when before finasteride never happened?

5alpha-reductase 2 inhibition impairs brain defeminization of male rats: reproductive aspects. - PubMed - NCBI

I did, with myself I was not sexual atracted to men, but I was like very feminin in my brain, and I was looking at men "different", fortunatly it was in very few situations, last one was specially hard and was after stopped using progesterone cream.

Btw Im going to try another cycle of Ella this time will be in 3 parts 1 day on 1 day off. Im still waiting for Anavar.

@BeLikeWater Look , it says it right there in the wiki for progesterone. Progesterone - Wikipedia

Dr. Diana Fleischman, of the University of Portsmouth, and colleagues examined the relationship between progesterone and sexual attitudes. Their research was published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.[57] They found that women who have higher levels of progesterone are more likely to be open to the idea of engaging in sexual behaviour with other women.[58] A parallel pattern of openness to homosexual behaviour is particularly dramatic in men who have high levels of progesterone.[59]

Basically progesterone is high since there is no potassium, and progesterone is trying to retain potassium.

So to lower progesterone, people need to satisfy it with potassium. And there is a fork in the body, either aldo is raised together with progesterone, so aldo is trying to retain sodium but it kills potassium , so aldo and progesterone are raised , or the cortisol and progesterone are raised.

Cortisol causes hypokalemia, so progesterone is raised to fight the cortisol effect. ( this is zinc finger problem)

Or it is simply potassium deficiency , in that case just progesterone will be raised.

This is why in electrolytes protocol I gave people copper with magnesium potassium histidine cysteine and some people recovered from PFS since this basically satisfied their cortisol aldo and progesterone and when all of these fell, testosterone and estrogen went up.

That claim is contrary to what I felt, I dont felt any homo while on progesterone, it was after I quit it for some weeks..

We suggest that inhibition of 5alpha-R pathway may
have increased the availability of T to the aromatase pathway
and/or the expression of aromatase enzyme. This consideration
can be supported by the observation that either administration
of finasteride increases plasma estradiol levels.
Moreover, whether the DHT ‘‘in vivo’’ has the same inhibitory
effect on aromatase expression, as proposed ‘‘in vitro’’ by
Negri-Cesi et al. (2001)
, it might be abolished by finasteride
treatment. So, the synergistic action of estradiol excess and the
lack of important 5alpha reduced metabolites might disrupt the
brain defeminization of finasteride-treated males.

NO it is not the opposite of what they are saying. usually progesterone is high, if there is some other hormones is causing hypokalemia. Hypokalemia stops LH. So if you took progesterone and then quit. you might have lower progesterone levels than before. And this caused even higher hypokalemia.

Also progesterone lowered your testosterone.

So you are saying im left with less progesterone... and they are saying its high progesterone, you are contradicting yourself bro. I dont care about LH, Hypolkalemia, etc... has nothing to do with the study I posted.

LOL. read again what I wrote to you. High progesterone happens in a human being when there is a neeed for potassium or hypokalemia. Since progesterone is a hormone which retains potassium.

Usually potassium can be easily retained by the body overtime unless you eat none potassim and progesterone falls.

But if there is something that causing constant hypokalemia like increased aldosterone, or increased cortisol then progesterone will stay high all the time. along with high cortisol or high aldo. this high progesterone is what they are talking about. Since progesterone usually cant not stay high in a body. unless there is a fork happening.

SO when you take progesterone you help the body to buffer cortisol and aldo. But then you go off, and you run into even more severe hypokalemia which actually causing the shut down of the LH.

testosterone and fin effects chromium zinc balance, which causes the shut down of glucose 6 phosphatase. this causes high cortisol and high acetylcholine since glucose phosphate stays in the liver. And this creates the fork of high cortisol and hypokalemia at the same time.

So people taking testosterone can actually run into the same problems as taking fin. Since both of these substances effects chromium zinc balance and insulin system, since both of them cause hypokalemia. and at the same time causes the disruption of zinc finger which regulates cortisol and AR signaling.

As per your study, dont forget that estrogen with DHT= no PFS.

WHY Cd-Nuts has still a part of this website for him? He has been scamming PFS community for years!
Because his protocol has the highest recovery rate of any PFS protocol out there, and lots of the lifestyle/mentality of cdsnuts protocol is just good healthy living. You can apply it to nearly anything and almost certainly feel better. Plus, he spends hours giving personal advice and support free of charge.

He is a scam, never heard anything about that his protocol is good in a pfs site, is it better than the protocols on hackstasis? He is all about money scam. Open your eyes.

That's because most of the guys on it avoid spfs and ph like the plague, and for food reason. Also, you don't have to look hard at all to find many many dudes who have improved or recovered on the protocol. As of now, yes, more people have had success with cdsnuts protocol than hs protocols. If he's in it for the money, then that's one shitty paying job. The dude literally charges nothing and spends hours every week helping ppl. Nobody forces you to buy herbs, and if you do you can choose whatever vendor you want.

A now its that your hypothesis xD that people that read 22000 times his post.in PropeciaHelp doesnt do his protocols and other sites nit related with PFS lots of cures :D, oh yeah!

Rather than the long cutting reply I sent you, in an effort to be more friendly and less hostile
I leave you with this.
