Pumped for you man
I'll look into slayo's thread, must have missed the information, thanks !
Love it. I'll be in Tokyo for 1month. I love the city, food, the atmosphere is unique . You've heard of Onsen? ( hot bath) . there's some amazing one in Tokyo . I won't be there as a tourist like previous times though; priority is doing the protocol, some work + attending specific events
If you haven't been there yet I highly recommend it

Emotional blunting still as it is?

Also FYI cdsnuts program has a lot of ups and downs

But it’s given the most consistent results so far

No change in Emotional blunting unfortunately. How are you doing recently ?
Yeah I know , but when I'm in a downswing it sometimes feel like going back to square one, especially sexually. Maybe do I need to add something else, another water fast or TEI, for the protocol to work better / faster afterwards. I would like to enjoy a better baseline each time after a downswing

Follow Orion, you are PAS. accutane is fat soluble and it is in your liver.

Look at people on Cdnuts protocol the only thing they can solve is erections. most of them have all neuro symptoms as before the protocol. The more they describe their symptoms the more I see that nothing changed in allopregnenolone. and that is years after being on the protocol

@Helen
Thanks for stepping in
Orion and I are quite the opposite aren't we ? I got dry eyes/skin, full blown ED/ libido loss while Orion's skin tend to be oily and he has no sexual issue .
That said I do agree that what Orion is following is great and I should benefit from it as well

That's what I was thinking about lately ; wether to go on TEI or to follow the Electrolyte protocol i.e.: what Orion is doing.
As @tanedout is already on TEI with the same PAS symptoms, I'll follow Orion's protocol . We will know faster which protocol is the more effective

lol I wish it were that easy to recover erection with Cd's protocol though, I'm far from being recovered in this department with 9+months of protocol behind me. Still, It greatly improved

Cdnuts protocol works, it's just extremely slow. I am still grateful for it

I disagree with this

Most recovery stories from cdsnuts protocols also solved mental symptoms

Yeah, I completely resolved my mental issues. Matter of fact, mental resolved long before sexual did. I’d say this tends to be the usual trend from the people I’ve interacted with and helped with the protocol.

you have all symptoms of allo problems, PTSD and all other symptoms of PFS , same as jacknap also has all the same issue of allo.

those issues are not resolved. Those are mental issues. Those issues is what makes PFS.

Again, I’m only considering symptoms I had after crashing as “being resolved”. PTSD and the lot I had prior to my “crash”.

Little update;

Still on Cd's protocol. As I had those supplements available I added NAC, Histidine. I know only 1 case is supposed to be helped by this combination, and I'm still trying to figure out which case I am regarding Helen's theory. Figured the best way to know is to try . Nothing special to report yet

I'm also taking; _2g Taurine, 1-2g MgCl, 200mg B1( waiting for a bulk supplement to up the dosage ), 300mg Betaine HCl
_Bile acid factors, a bit of KCl, Vit E EOD
_Emergen-C ( 1g Vit C, Bs, Ca, Chr, Ph, Zn, etc. ) once or twice a week. Basically a Multi-Vitamin with very low dosage except for vit C

Betaine Hcl seem to crash me sexually. Not sure if I'll continue as I was happy with the little libido upswing post R andro. Could be the B1 too, but 200mg is very little so I doubt it. Hard to pinpoint

Apple cider vinegar, Taurine, MgCl, made me able to tolerate rice, gluten for the past days, which is a tremendous progress even though probably just a stilt. I'm glad I have found something that protects me from the usual inflammation symptoms, hair thinning everytime I eat these foods . No digestion issue after gluten either

I added taurine and reintroduced MgCl, ACV this week with this particular goal in mind;

_Taurine attenuates hypertension and improves insulin sensitivity in the fructose-fed rat, an animal model of insulin resistance. - PubMed - NCBI
"Thus, taurine supplementation could be beneficial in circumventing metabolic alterations in insulin resistance"

_Effect of magnesium supplementation on insulin resistance in humans: A systematic review. - PubMed - NCBI
"Oral supplementation with MgCl2 solution restores serum magnesium levels, improving insulin sensitivity and metabolic control in type 2 diabetic patients with decreased serum magnesium levels."

_ Vinegar Improves Insulin Sensitivity to a High-Carbohydrate Meal in Subjects With Insulin Resistance or Type 2 Diabetes
"These data indicate that vinegar can significantly improve postprandial insulin sensitivity in insulin-resistant subjects. Acetic acid has been shown to suppress disaccharidase activity (3) and to raise glucose-6-phosphate concentrations in skeletal muscle (4); thus, vinegar may possess physiological effects similar to acarbose or metformin. Further investigations to examine the efficacy of vinegar as an antidiabetic therapy are warranted."

I should mention that I had a few drinks yesterday. First time for at least a year.
I felt really good, the last time I drank I felt absolutely nothing except the fatigue and inflammation from it. This time I had the " buzz ", really enjoyable and a welcomed progress. NAC probably protected me from the hungover feeling as well

*I'm willingly messing with experimentation right now as I figured this is the only window I have to do so.
In a few weeks I'll be more serious regarding the dosage and the scheduling of the supplements. Planning to copy what @Orion has been doing these past months while running Cd's protocol and closely looking at @tanedout 's and everyone's update on their TEI cycle

Time for an update of what has been going on these past months

I've been doing pretty good lately, busy in life
I caught the flu in April for the first time in 4 years.
I thought that would have been followed with a period of improvement, but that did not happen. Quite the opposite actually as I had 0 libido and 0 EQ the following weeks.
Still, it was good to catch it and a definite improvement.

The major improvements have been on food sensitivity and digestion; I could not tolerate sugar in any form throughout 2017/2018 without triggering diabetes-like symptoms, hair loss, etc. That was the reason I was following a keto diet, with occasional sugar intake after a workout session

I can eat oatmeal, honey, fruits (in moderation) just fine today.

And drink coffee too. Just like many others here, a year ago coffee would have crashed me and triggered an inflammatory response leading to a quick thinning of hair.
Today I drink it just fine too.

Re-introducing these foods stopped the constant hunger I had following the keto diet too.

Most likely, Taurine/Glycine and TUDCA are responsible for this improvement. I always had the feeling that the liver was the culprit for this sugar intolerance and it started to get better during my first TUDCA cycle.

I inject PT-141 occasionally and still follow CDnuts protocol though less strictly as I need to re-order some herbs as I'm only rotating 12/13 at the moment and have been playing soccer rather than doing the usual HIIT session.
+ electrolytes, vit C/Bs , taurine, glycine, and occasional experimental supplements

Sexually still fucked up, still unable to feel emotions but digestion and energy are almost perfect.

My plan for the following weeks; In addition to the Cdn protocol;

_I'll try psilocybin in the form of shrooms as it seems to have cured the anhedonia of a PAS after a few cycles. That's the only area I have not seen improved in yet
_another R andro cycle scheduled for July
_need to be more consistent in doing my meditation sessions
_Sodium butyrate

I also have Ld Naltrexone in mind.

That's really motivating to see where I'm at in life now. Without this PAS thing, I'd be on top of the world

Cheers

Energy and digestion are so important. Once you improve these and really perfect them, the sky is the limit. I believe you really have to perfect these issues to fix the sexual issues in the end. Keep on going man, those are great great signs.

Agreed. Thanks for your words Bruschi
