I would avoid any additional processed sugar if possible.

For the Goji berry, it can be either or, whatever gives you the best results. Some people absorb the powder better and get more immediate effects from it then they do the dried version.

I am pro dairy, if you can tolerate it. It comes down to the individual. Some people have allergies to it. You're going to have to do an elimination diet to find out if it has any negative effects on your system.

I use salt. Just don't over do it. And if you're going to use it, use the all natural mineral based sea salts that are available.

I drink one cup in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. Caffeine helps to activate the herbs so it's best to drink it right after you consume your herbs, on an empty stomach.

You may have issues with the bran on the outer coating of the brown rice. White rice gets a bad rap...try white rice and see what happens.

RIP Swole Source.....

It couldn't have happened at a more unfortunate time. The recoveries were really starting to pick up. My forum isn't even close to finished. I knew we were on borrowed time over there, but I thought we had more of it. Apparently not.

For now, I'm going to suggest all of the swole source members use my section here to post their experiences. That's what it's here for. You can thank @TubZy for that

surely there's a way we can revive it? or is it all gone now? When I was at my worst I would go back and read the full logs of guys like you, english, maxout, entropy etc.

So, for the next 30 days or so, you can pull cached versions of the site. I'm trying to go through rite now and save at least the recovery section....it's tedious though. You have search each page in google. When the search link comes up, you can click the arrow to the right of it and a box will drop down giving you the option to view the cached page.....this would be the only way to save these posts.

I"d like to at least copy them.....I just don't have the effin time man....

That, and you have to know the name of each page you're searching for. It's a stretch, but some of you guys may be able to pull those recovery pages.

Rob may also renew the site. All that means is that his lease has expired.

But who knows.

Hey CD,

I'm copying down the recoveries section now and anything else useful I can save.

Is there really no way we can get it back? Something genuinely special was being built there, beyond PFS or any of this bullshit.

If anyone can't access it at all, use an internet archive and copy what you want.
For example, swolesource from Oct 2017:
Swole Source

Edit: Actually doesn't always work well. Sorry my bad.

I agree Z, I agree.

But like PFS, we can't let this get us down. If anything I learned a valuable lesson here. I should have started migrating everything over to my own forum months ago. Despite popular belief, I'm not over here getting rich doing this.....lol. I have a business I run during the day (and all other times) that takes up the majority of my time, so I just never got around to it. It is certainly unfortunate especially given the Momentum we were starting to pick up over there concerning recoveries.

If you can manage to save the recovery section and anything else you think maybe helpful to new guys, I would love for you to help me repopulate the new forum when it is up.

We're just going to have to make a better one. It's going to take time, because of the way it came to be over there at Swole Source, but we can do it.

Yes....this is the only way we will be able to pull the pages we want to save. It's just you have to know the page name to be able to do it.
