    @tanedout I do it twice a day in the morning it gives me along with cold showers some kind clarity and i feel fresh, in the evening after bocycle, hiit and cold showers it lets you go into meditation really easily, the only downside is that i feel little shocked and exhousted (30 second) after it.

    So you overcame pssd with healthly lifestyle? Something like cd protocol lite version. Is PSSD feels similar to PFS, as you suffered from both conditions?
