Im starting with another Ella Cycle, im gonna do 3 7mg takes during 5 days, I dont really know what to expects.

Last cycle of Ella was unsuccesfull of curing me, so I guess I will try a bit harder, at least I want to see if I feel any effects from this one.

I have added Vit B suplement since 2 days getting of Ella. I have started taking MSM because it has anti inflamatori propierties and increase gluthethion that seems a must for us. Anyone has tries it?

-Tried lots of msm, during cycle one randro and also before when tried to workout.

-injury prone, slightly dislocated left thumb, something strange with left wrist (maybe just pain). Took like 8 weeks straight. Maybe most of 14 weeks, but forgot a lot.
-just took some today, bc I don't wanna take advil all the time (stomach bleeding later, possibly). Anyways, not bad. Not sure how helpful, but why not. Mine has hyaluronic acid + msm. -Fish oil, etc... other anti-inflammatories that are randomly in my house (turmeric, etc...) don't help pain much. maybe combo of microdoses, or large doses help.

-Mostly, MSM is for detox and anti-inflammation I think.
-IIRC, IHateFin likes MSM as well.

-Maybe, that or herbs, and other things if not using herbs... cummulatively add up to help pain/ protect joints, when working out/ being active.
-Probably, bc sometimes - I'm like : "I need a 10-14 day break, at least 4-5", but I never do. But I will in future/ as less time to workout then.
-Forcing myself to lift light. No point being strong, just to ruin self and then be injured later and then down bc of that.
-Really makes no difference 3-4 medium-hard intensity workouts vs 6-7 v hard... still probably look nearly the same... so what's the point.
-It takes time, resolving PFS, let alone getting ideal physique. Most work already done for me... so it's diminishing returns.... or stronger stuff - but not at this point/ dangerous.
-gotta remind myself that.

@BeLikeWater Look , it says it right there in the wiki for progesterone. Progesterone - Wikipedia

Dr. Diana Fleischman, of the University of Portsmouth, and colleagues examined the relationship between progesterone and sexual attitudes. Their research was published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.[57] They found that women who have higher levels of progesterone are more likely to be open to the idea of engaging in sexual behaviour with other women.[58] A parallel pattern of openness to homosexual behaviour is particularly dramatic in men who have high levels of progesterone.[59]

Basically progesterone is high since there is no potassium, and progesterone is trying to retain potassium.

So to lower progesterone, people need to satisfy it with potassium. And there is a fork in the body, either aldo is raised together with progesterone, so aldo is trying to retain sodium but it kills potassium , so aldo and progesterone are raised , or the cortisol and progesterone are raised.

Cortisol causes hypokalemia, so progesterone is raised to fight the cortisol effect. ( this is zinc finger problem)

Or it is simply potassium deficiency , in that case just progesterone will be raised.

This is why in electrolytes protocol I gave people copper with magnesium potassium histidine cysteine and some people recovered from PFS since this basically satisfied their cortisol aldo and progesterone and when all of these fell, testosterone and estrogen went up.

So hypokalemia causes high progesterone because progesterone retains potassium in the body. Which hormone does progesterone lower? I believe i read somewhere on here that high progesterone means low testosterone is this right?
Also, hypokalemia cause copper biounavailability because it causes low metabolism or am i making it too simple? @Helen

I think this is my problem

We are mainly talking about correlations and what is linked together.
It would be great to formulate a goal like: You have high prog levels, goal is reducing them by doing...
You got AR, go on prog for XY days at an amount of x daily. Have a break for y days.
Do not take...while on that protocol.

I say that cause we have enough lines of theory. Now, it is time to transpone that in useful and easily understandable manuals. There could be a separate thread with theories and drugs and supps with the equivalent effects or goals.

Very helpful would be to systemize the different pfs profiles. Some have high testo, high dht, high prog: what helped those people?
Others habe low testo, high prog, low dht: another protocol.
But I doubt this will happen soon.
I think and saw ph is doing that in order to help people and somehow not having more suicides. My opinion.

I am starting to try to understand why some have good and others no remarkable efforts doing a certain protocol. This way, we can understand better the system.

What testo, dht, prog levels do you have?
Ever gone on TRT? Ever tried dht boosters? What about RU AS there are two types of pfs people according to Helen.
Have you tested inflammatory parameters like leukozytes, calprotectin etc.?
Any diagnosis of docs AS pfs include often coexistent diseases like gut issues, EBV etc.
Many THX for a reply!

@Helen what would you recommend to stop the transformation of dopamin in adrenaline, I noticed sometimes im fovused but suddenly a rush of adrenaline comes and I cannot focus but I start having some palpitations and anxiety. Specially if I have smoked.

Makes sense, I'm guessing for BBing and hence workout drugs (steroids) and for PSSD and PFS, may make sense... If Carnivore diet means mostly meat, like Paleo,... etc.
What carnivores would eat, rather than what humans have been raised as (a lot at least) as being omnivores.

Edit: Maybe it's Just Beef + Salt + Water?
-Sounds like something... Could work, kind of like RWAC's meat only diet he tried, or others with Ketosis. I was in Ketosis many times probably not even really on purpose then I raised carbs and was just low or very low carb diet (more now in last 6mo i.e. for PFS, more carbs than my usually low carb diet).

-It seems like a good potential way to reduce inflammation and maybe detox. May be a Fad diet but may hold promise, it's up to you.
