Received my emeramide, will start with a low dosage of 10mg per day to see how my body reacts. Some people can't tolerate 1-2mg at all and have to start with a toothpick emeramide applied to the skin according to the Facebook mercury chelation group. I Guess it depends on how sick you are and how 'open' your detox paths are.
