Yep, I was premature 1 month and got antibiotics too as a baby. Who has not… Then I am lucky my parents sstopped this sort of treatment completely.
I am sure i do not have the right bugs at the right place, but I do not dare take any probiotics without knowing what I need!
Each time I have, anyway I felt ZERO effect.
I all call them "the tiny invadors", or aggressors, and I considere they create fight flight freeze responses.
I think we are a universe with star war inside us!
Mitochondrias used to be bacterias...
About bacterias Vs fungi, well, penicillium is killing bacterias. I also know that being sensitive to one or the other has to do with pH.
Alkaline kills fungi.
Acidic kills bacterias.
For those who are sensitive to alcool: this is actually a mycotoxin!
Resistant startch: is is like the Nemecheck protocole that uses inuline?
We need to start slow with RS, until we have some of the needed bacterias.... And what if those bacterias, that are useful in the colon, have migrated to the SI? Then you get bloated and gaz… and this Will not make the gut better. With inuline, it seems this does not happen, and that the bacterias in the SI are Little by Little "pushed" back where they belong.
About fiber….
It might depend, because we are not gorillas, the vegan make bad propaganda by hiding the difference - huge - in the length of our colons! Ruminants and animals who have a long enough colon and ferment fibers, are actually fat burners, burning the fatty acids produced by bacterias. I have read in all sources that we do not have the possibility to produce more than 500 calories like this, because of our short colons. We seem to have the length of colon of our best Friends the dogs!
