First time I took that garbage, I threw it away the next day. Made me have facial hair a tiny bit under my eyes or something. Increased hair where I didn't want it.
AND if it can fuck up my eyes, then screw it. I did kind of want to use it because its a vasodilator in conjunction with vasoconstricting stimulants, I thought it could protect against hair loss.
-Same garbage drug at the same cost that my Dad had access to a million years ago.
-Spiro cream > minoxidil > finasteride for me (not even on this list, it's crap). Minox can mess up eye-area.
-There's several people on realself that have been screwed up and have permanent premature aging from it.
-Minoxidil also did cause some ED for like a day, but that could have been Adderall also, plus I was extremely scared to try either (back then).
-Which is why I didn't mess with it again, until I was temporarily dumbed down from Finasteride. See one drug leads to more... Lamo --> Fin --> Minox for me.
-All you younger guys wanting beard growth, It might get way faster/thicker around 25-26. It did for me and my little cousin. I have stronger facial hair than uncles and most older cousins. My dad, brother and I. I wouldn't mind never shaving ever to keep clean-shaved. 2-3 days stubble is all I can do.
I'd trade it all for perfect hair density again. I still have decent hair but its not cool for me.
-Although I get it, we always want what we can't have.
-Don't use this on your beard... makes no sense. If it can disrupt collagen when applied to your hair, what about facial application?
-A straight razor with ADHD makes for being very late at times. A shavette can jack you up. I looked younger than other students, then older... so I hated going to school without shaving.

Diazoxide is another hypertrichosis-inducing drug affecting the potassium channels.
This is a Merck production drug, even if helping to recover, I would never give any cent to those MutherFuckers who destoyed our life!

@D4n, I'd use it regardless I think, to fix HTPA issues. For psych stuff. There are studies showing it's affect on mood regulation as well as HTPA repair.
Others and myself linked some of them on here... I'd have to find those posts to attach. I had issues before PFS though. Before PSSD too. Maybe for someone who is
completely healthy, it's a bad idea.

I agree with @Chapman drugs should be used only when necessary. Fasting's great too -- intermittent fasting before this and water fasting during this time, have helped me immensely.

I would consider fasting but I don’t have enough bodyfat/ time to do a long fast, I done a 3 day waterfast a few months back which helped with mood a bit. @MNK99 if I don’t see much benefit of Andro cycle/ SnapBack I’m going to try it I think

So we are saying RU/Ella could help if you are still experiencing sexual sides (PE) after 8 years from minoxidil?

@Snow1 PE is sometimes caused by low serotonin and high epinephrine, I’m sure minox does mess with serotonin aswell

The past few months I’ve tried randro and Ella. They both gave me some sort of libido while on them( from like 0 to 5/10) and morning woods but they never stuck...I hope @Helen can look into minox when he has time

Interesting, I had the same experience on Ella. Libido went a bit higher the minute I took Ella but it never stuck. I think there is some missing link why it does not stuck, potassium or prolactin related maybe.

quote:
Minoxidil ( Lonitin ) does not make NO ( "nitric oxide" ) or increase levels of it. As the name implies, miNOxidil contains the nitric oxide chemical structure. It apparently derives its ability both as a blood vessel dialator and as a hair-growth-stimulator from acting as an NO "Agonist". Interestingly, I was the researcher who first discovered and reported this (he says modestly). See Alopecia & Free Radical " Redox " Signaling--Nitric Oxide and Superoxide for the paper.

Again, miNOxidil fakes NO, which is what we pharmacologists mean when we say a drug is an "agonist". It does not produce it.

SO if this is true , then you put NO on your hair. |But since NO is a duaretic, it slowly wastes electrolytes from the cell.

So Minox is increasing NO on your head. but slowly lowering electrolytes. And at certain time minox stops working. and hair falls out and this time it could be even faster))

@Helen that is true. I used minox to grow a beard and when I stopped due to watery semen and all other sides my hairline started to recede lol

Min gave me premature ejaculation 8 years ago and I still have it to this day, along with various other sides. Been doing daily coffee enemas for a month now, will be introducing daily near infrared saunas when it arrives (bought a portable one online) and following a slow oxidiser diet. I’m seeing my ARL practitioner to start introducing the supplements again. If I follow this regime for a year or two I’m hoping to come out of this nightmare! I’ve accepted the fact a recovery for me is not going to be an overnight success but more a journey which I’m hoping is going to bring me out on top on many other factors going on with my health and life and fix the root causes long term!
