They have also powder, But it is 98% pure elemental magnesuim and 2% magnesium oxide. Powder would be great in his "test tube method" Mag oxide is not harmful so it shouldn't bea problem for this hydrogen reaction?

supernature The shavings should not come into contact with the water. They will be in testing tube reacting with some acid and just nitrogen will come out trough tiny hole. After it stops producing nitrogen. Then just shake the PET bottle and drink it... I will use some glass test tubes. It is much safer than plastic..

Btw I think that using sodastream bottle is much better than regular PET from Coca cola .. It has much wider hole(so you can use much wider test tube for magnesium and acid..) and it will survive much bigger pressure for sure..

Well if you look at the study I posted where they are using only some magnesium in the water. Nothing else for 4 and 8 weeks. The results are really impressive.. With better magnesium source and acid you can achieve like 8 times more potency than they had.. BTW I found even in this shit hole Czech republic magnesium sticks 100x18mm 99,99% 4 of them are on the way. YES YES YES 3kg of citric acid as well. I will share this miracle water with the family. SO will report sone as posible if we are dying or regenerating rapidly. I really need SOD boost. Otherwise I will fall apart completely..

Yura, so you are going to use magnesium plus citric acid to generate hydrogen? It is the same as magnesium with malic. I just like malic better than citric

I will use this method. It doesn't matter which weak acid you use. Vinegar, citric/ascorbic/malic acid. Whatever.. I will get nothing but hydrogen into the water. Like in expensive hydrogen watr machines.. The guy from the video has a lot of info about hisexperiments on longecity forum... A lot of people have trouble with to much magnesium if its made directly in the water.. So before they can take enough hydrogen they have diarrhea from magnesium.. This is not the case for the method in the video.. It is just hydrogen..

Holy shit, man. this looks like lymphoma. I had lymphoma you know right. I almost died from it. And you are wondering why you feel bad? You need to start treating this asap, buddy. If this is you on the picture, this looks like some serious stage.

Did you get diagnozed with lymphoma?

So you have choices here
1) IDO inhibitors
2) OZONE therapy
3) hydrogen water
4) high dose thiamine with DCA
5) low dose naltrexone
6) hydrogen peroxide in a glass of orange juice( 25 drops) I saw a person to get rid of lymphoma, serious one with this within a month

These are your choices. Not sure which one will work. You have to try which one you react to

Lymphoma can have different reasons. So what is good for one wont be good for another. I would do 3-4 months trials if I were you. Try one thing on a list , if does not kill it , try another thing etc

I think nutritional balancing is too late for this kind of stuff. You need some radical measures now.

How did you get this stuff? Lymphoma gets worse on copper. So you did good to stay low copper. Did you get this on Ray Peats diet?

Then it shows up like this. It is just thick lymphatic fluid. I know that I am toxic and full of shit. Will see if hydrogen can help.. Btw can you explain in five words how works hydrogen peroxide with orange juice? It will create a lot of free radicals or?

Even though I've heard good anecdotal reports of H2O2 therapy, I've stayed away from it because of the oxidative stress it would cause (already have lots of inflammation).

tart/sour chery juice contains 15- 25g malic acid per liter... so 100ml can contain between 1.5 to 3g of malic acid. You recommend 2g, right?
From where do you buy your malic acid powder?

BTW, I read in the past a russian habit of leaving a glass of water in freezer, over night, take out and let it melt 50% and drink the melted water... it is supposed to have some healing effect... do u know anything about it?

I wouldn't imagine it's a silver bullet, but if it can curb free radicals and help the body raise metabolism it sounds promising for PFS. Theoretically I don't see how one could feel worse on it so long as we're also getting chloride, unless you're speculating based on what we still don't know?
