What does it mean when you have high progesterone in combination with fast oxidizer pattern (high potassium & high sodium)?

It means you have low Na/K ratio, lower test, higher prolactin.

OK Thanks.

I had 640ng/dl not super low. But yes DHT was on low side. Free T was average. And prolactin was on higher side. Not great bloodwork by all means.

I am guessing TEI program should fix this up.

Yes it should. Did you test cortisol too?

Can one chelate with oral edta sporadically?
For an example-monday thursday saturday or such while refeeding and reintroducing minerals that have been chelated like zinc...
I type of a chelation where i put in a syringe edta mixed into water and do sort of an enema/suppository gets rid of joint problems the next morning. Problem is it is unpleasant and i would much rather do it orally. So im wondering if i have to go hard at it for like a month or if i can use it here and there long term.

One of my last issues is premature ejaculation. Started randomly before finasteride. Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of it?

--Kegels, Nofap, and foreplay?
-- maybe Bathmate. I may buy that thing soon.

-Not sure. I think some people took EDTA orally, didn't they. @SwaZ ?

Nice. That's good brah. I was super sensitive for a time, after nofap and after PSSD.
-I was literally thinking aloud, like always. Was not accusing you of fappery.
-Long time I was sensitive first, then could go again and it would be better. That is coming back or back. Varies tho.

--maybe also jelqing. But make sure to do them ***correctly and slowly***.

Anyways what I'm trying to say is
Very sensitive as long as refractory period is short (i.e. low prolactin) is good. Maybe not most normal ever but I thought it was fine. I mean like super sensitive 5-10 mins then longer session 40-80 mins or whatever is fine. Better w drugs... Until drugs become a problem.
I mean real serious drugs.

--Wait in normal life always breathe thru nose and exhale thru mouth rite? What about when running? Same. Or breathe thru nose only???
Never breathe thru mouth right @SwaZ Never inhale through mouth unless cannot inhale thru nose correct @SwaZ? Mouth breathing in puberty yrs may destroy jaw. (acc to some crazy ppl). Like if nose plugged/ broken, sinuses messed up, cold, broken capillaries, etc.

I think when sprinting you want to open your mouth and inhale by lungs, but any long distance running and you should close your mouth and belly breathe.

@mattyb made me realise the importance of deep belly breathing, especially before bed. Also whenever i get in a stressful situation i just fully exale and the fight or flight response just doesnt trigger.

Yeah I instinctively do it correctly, but when It's been a while - i start over analyzing things like breathing.... yes makes sense... Probably asthma and allergies, and also vaping messed up breathing normally at times. Mostly I do. I barely think about it but after exercise hiatus I did. Not this year (it was GREAT to actually be able to exercise again). Now that I'm screwing around a little, I wonder about such things. Running a lot... instead of 1-2 x in a couple weeks, this is good to know. Thx.

Eat what you eat normally so you see how you do in daily life. That is the thought behind blood test.

I think just don't eat breakfast and get blood drawn in the morning.

Get full panel if you want the most information. (Testosterone, Free T, SHBG, DHT, Progesterone, Estrogen, Cortisol, Insulin, Ceruplasmine?, etc.

What is insulins relation on cellular potassium levels since insulin also drives potassium into the cell and how does that influence hair mineral analysis?
(sorry for wording it so poorly)

Could this also explain some complications that diabetics have?

MOST are fucking stupid, that's why. Still eating bread and all kinds of shyt, and acting like I'm amoral. Tired of their shyt.
Meanwhile the most judgemental are secretly eating canary under a robe, or puffins in New Zealand.
