Is my immediate allergic reaction to food histamine related? If I keep eating that type of food, will the body gradually adjust and not produce that histamine reaction?

Were you low in copper in the blood or just the hair?

Yes good idea. Especially if the results of the pubic hair have been off. This may be more accurate.

Looks like even with a “fucked up” hairtest you are out of the pfs state then.
