    1) what are you hoping for by fasting again? 2) last fast you did had high dose progesterone - would you say now that all the benefits were from fasting rather than prog? 3) you don’t look gaunt and weak or tired?

    This sounds waaaaay too good to be true...summer is on the way here and I could easily swim for an hour or so most days. I just can’t convince myself to stop eating for such a long time without knowing it will work.

    Anyone able to explain why gbold said no thorne extra nutrients after ru? He said methylation might mess it up but I don’t get what that means? What’s the effect of methylation? Seems otherwise perfect to get all your nutrients in so the body can decide what it wants to take.
